Delta Tau Delta plans to break ground on the new Delt shelter in the Spring of 2011. The shelter will be located on Lem Morrison Drive also known as “New Fraternity Row”.

The shelter specifics are listed below:

•  7,000 sf.
•  12 private bedrooms
•  4 private kitchens
•  Brotherhood lounge
•  Library/Study room
•  Largest fratnernity plot on campus
