Delta Tau Delta plans to break ground on the new Delt shelter in the summer of 2009. The shelter will be located on Lem Morrison Drive also known as “New Fraternity Row”.

The shelter specifics are listed below:

•  15,000 sf.
•  25 bedrooms
•  100 person dining hall
•  Brotherhood lounge
•  Library/Study room
•  House mother's suite
